Trainings

Trainings are every Monday and Wednesday in ZŠ Hornoměcholupská in a small gymnasium. Trainings are divided into three categories: Beginners, Advanced and Competitors. Adults have their regular lesong every Wednesday rom 18:00 till 19:00 (i tis possible to agree upon the individual seminars)

HPZ karate Advatage

The advantage brought by HPZ karate is that children are taken by trainer directly from the retinue to the gymnasium. This ensures that the child can be safely moved, so the parents can gain more time for their affairs during these two days. After the excercise, children are handed over to their parents in front of the school entrance.

HPZ karate is club under the SKIF (Shotokan Karate International Federation) authority and also part of Czech karate union. All competitions and exams are recognized not only nationwie, but also worldwide.

HPZ karate – competitions and teaching

HPZ karate paticipates on competitions. In 2019 two of pour competitors participated in the World Chapionchip. However competitions are voluntary and no one is forced into them.

HPZ practices also outside the standard lesons (depending on the wheather and coachs possibilities) in the forest park. Similarly, HPZ Karate organizes summer camps where we learn dexterity, skill, gain strength, learn friendship and team spirit. All this in the form of games, walks and sports provided by the local nature and conditions, and last but not least we organize night games to gain courage and confidence.
